How a dealership makes a list

The Widewail Index reads public Google reviews for 18,000+ franchise dealerships and refreshes monthly. Four inputs are each ranked against every franchise dealer in the country and combined into one customer health score: customer rating, comment activity, responsiveness, and frustration. A store makes a brand list by holding a B or better and finishing in its metro's top five; the luxury and mass-market lists take the top twenty-five. Stores that miss a list are not named.
